Returns & Exchanges:

At LaFestivalley, we do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, send us an email to within 24 hours.

A large majority of items in inventory are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 10 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, it is enough to complete this Return form. Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will indicate when you write to our support.


If you are in the 10-day return period, we offer you 3 options:

1. Change your item for a different size/color.

The exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same style. The exchange of a different product is not permitted strictly. We recommend that you return your original item to get a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

2. Reimbursement Details and Purchase Orders

By default, the method of reimbursement is the purchase order. If you wish to receive a refund, please let us know.

Only the final price paid (after any reduction) will be refunded.

Reduction codes or purchase orders cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.

3. Replacing an erroneous or defective item

    How do I get a refund for my product?

    If you wish, we can ship you a new product or replace it with another article of the same value.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Due to inspection, warehouse and processing fees, some items may result in a 15 % inventory rebate for returned and returned orders. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged as a result of the manufacturer's failure will not result in these reinventory costs. The costs will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded. The purchaser must pay the cost of return.

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    Generally, repayments can take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

    How do I return an item?

    The customer is responsible for paying his own shipping fee for the return of an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product (minus the re-stocking fee).

    If you want an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.


    If you ship items worth more than $50, we strongly suggest that you return the product with a tracking number.
